Chestnut Cottage - Tariffs

2009/2010:- weeks commencing Saturday:

All rental fees are payable in Euros at the euro tariff indicated above. Sterling prices are indicative only and subject to exchange rate variation.

We offer substantial DISCOUNTS for LONG STAYS outside peak times. We invite you to enquire.

Summary of Arrangements and Conditions

(Note:- please read the full ‘terms and conditions’ on the ‘Booking Form’, page 2)

The booked week runs from 4:30 pm on the first Saturday of your stay to 10:00 am on the last Saturday of your stay. No arrivals before 4.30pm on the first day. The property must be vacated at the latest by 10.ooam on the last day. Stays for different periods may be possible. We invite you to enquire.

ALL ELECTRICITY and CENTRAL HEATING is INCLUDED in the rate.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required on reservation and the balance is due 12 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Bookings made within 16 weeks of the rental period must be paid IN FULL

Reservations and cancellations will only be accepted in writing by mail to:

Cancellations must be by registered mail.

One set of LINEN per bed, and one set of TOWELS per person (not to be used as pool towels). Pools towels are available for hire on request.

A €425 security deposit is payable with the balance of the rental charge due (payable no later than 12 weeks prior to arrival). Any damages and charges for additional services are due when incurred.
