The non-refundable Booking Deposit (25% of the total holiday cost) should be paid by direct bank transfer - bank details will be supplied.
NOTE: Parties must comprise between 4 and 10 people and contain a minimum of 4 bridge playing guests. Non-bridge playing guests are welcome within the party.

For bookings of TWO WEEKS OR MORE, a 10% DISCOUNT applies on the party’s 2nd and any subsequent weeks’ holiday cost.

Summary Arrangements and Conditions
(Note:- please read the full ‘terms and conditions’ with the ‘Booking Form’, page 2)
The booked week(s) runs from 4:30 pm on the first Saturday of your stay to 10:00 am on the last Saturday of your stay. Stays for different periods may be possible. We invite you to enquire.
May-October: all utilities and central heating are included in the rate. November-April: a supplement of €30euro is levied for the central heating (in all rooms) and wood for the lounge fire.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total payable is required on reservation and the balance is due 12 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL.
Any booking made within 14 weeks of the rental period must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be notified by registered / recorded delivery mail only.
One set of LINEN per bed, and one set of TOWELS per person (not to be used as pool towels)
A £275 security deposit is payable with the balance of the rental charge due ( payable no later than 12 weeks prior to arrival). Charges for additional services are due when incurred and any damage/breakage costs are due at the time of the accident.
